Classic Coffee introduces our new single-origin microlot from Harley Estate - Ice Cube Coffee
Selective harvest is done to ensure higher sugar content in the cherry. Post which, the cherries are washed with clean water and pulped. The coffee beans along with the mucilage are kept in extreme cold conditions to freeze the structure of the bean. The beans are then moved to raised drying beds and go through a slow and elongated drying process, thereby increasing the sweetness and imparting flavours of citrus & berries.
