Classic Coffee introduces Civet cat coffee exclusively collected at the sprawling Harley Estate.

The civet cats choose the choicest of berries and processes them to give us a nice smooth cup of coffee.

In this rare and unique coffee we find the flavours of Cedar, Caramel and a smooth milk chocolate finish.

The coffee has been ethically and sustainably sourced through foraging and zero contact with the civets.
